What are the server requirements?+
Minimum: 4 CPU cores, 16 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD. OS: Ubuntu 20.04+ or CentOS 8+. Recommended: 8 cores, 32 GB RAM for high-load projects. We'll audit your infrastructure before installation.
How does the license differ from cloud plans?+
The license includes all 19 modules (same as Pro), unlimited users, data on your server. Cloud plans start at 4,990 RUB/month, license is 490,000 RUB one-time + 80,000 RUB/year for updates.
How are updates delivered?+
Updates are released quarterly. Our team installs updates on your server remotely on an agreed schedule. Average update time is 30-60 minutes with no downtime.
Can I migrate from cloud to on-premise?+
Yes. We migrate all data, settings, and integrations from the cloud plan to your infrastructure. Cloud payments from the last 6 months are credited toward the license cost.
What support is included?+
Priority technical support with SLA: critical requests — response within 4 hours, standard — within 24 hours. Dedicated manager, integration setup assistance, new employee training.
Is constant internet access required?+
Outbound access to APIs of ad platforms and CRM is needed for data collection. The platform itself works autonomously. VPN tunnels can be configured for secure access.
